Hello, my name is Tim Armantrout. My home base is in Raleigh, North Carolina. I am a recent transplant from New Orleans due to Hurricane Katrina. I have been so blessed during my transition and Raleigh has turned out to be an excellent place to create a new beginning. I even met my wife here (see her ad below).
I am a massage therapist and Reiki Master with 10 years experience. Over the last twenty years, I have studied vitamins, herbs, and lots in between. For optimal physical health, one must consider at least three things: diet, exercise, and water. These, to me, are key. The basics.
There is also a fourth thing called 'serenity' which comes from genuine and sustained feelings of gratitude. Katrina has taught me all about this one: I lost everything I owned in the flood. Although not a quick fix, being grateful for even the smallest thing can do wonders.
